In this role, I managed the workflow and production of art and photo for RD.com, overseeing a team of photo researchers and interns. I created a robust style book to guide the aesthetic of the website. I maintained communication among the editorial, art, photo, and rights teams. I organize, art direct, and style photoshoots in-house. I led seasonal software Lunch & Learns for anyone on staff interested in learning new skills in Adobe programs.
